Chelsea have won against Swansea City 1-0 in the Premier League Matchday 35 away from home where Chelsea didn’t have their best performance of the season, but they got the desired result, the three points, in order to keep pursuing their London neighbor, Tottenham Hotspurs, who are in the fourth place with two more points, and one less match.
Chelsea fans aren’t so happy with the performance of their team today, who had just one attempt on target in the first half, which led to the goal, but they got the win that reinforces their hopes to reach the top four this season. Moreover, one of Chelsea’s players has gotten in the Premier League history after breaking an all-time historical record and reaching a historical milestone with the club, Chelsea FC.
Chelsea’s Spaniard midfielder, Cesc Fabregas, has got into the Premier League history after joining the 50+ goals club for the Spanish players in the Premier League where he is the third player to reach this historical milestone, and the first midfielder ever to reach this milestone as well.
The other two players are the Spanish forward, Diego Costa, who played for Chelsea before and scored 52 Premier League goals with the London club before he returns to Atletico Madrid, and the other player is Fernando Torres who also played for Atletico Madrid and scored 85 Premier League goals in the Premier League with Chelsea and Liverpool before he returns to Atletico Madrid.
Knowing that Cesc Fabregas, 30 years old, has played for Arsenal from the season 2003 until 2011 and scored 35 Premier League goals, before he departs to FC Barcelona from 2011 until 2014, before he returns to the Premier League again and plays for the London club, The Blues Chelsea FC, under Jose Mourinho and has won the Premier League title twice in the season 2014-2015 under Jose Mourinho, and then last season, 2016-2017, under the Italian manager, Antonio Conte.
Knowing that Cesc Fabregas is losing his starting place under Antonio Conte this season after the decline in his form and performance recently.
Congratulations to Cesc Fabregas and Chelsea!
