Shocking: 4 Reasons Chelsea Drew To Arsenal

Chelsea has shockingly drawn against Arsenal today at home, Stamford Bridge, after a disappointing performance from Antonio Conte’s side who wasted a great chance to qualify earlier for the EFL Cup final.

Antonio Conte has failed to beat Arsenal at home, for the second time this season after drawing to Arsene Wenger’s side 0-0 due to many tactical reasons and here are some of them according to our report.

Bad formation

Antonio Conte got into the match with a wrong formation today, he can’t play Fabregas, Kante, and Drinkwater all together in the midfield, they don’t have the harmony, and they aren’t needed in such match where Arsenal is missing three key players compared to last match, Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez, and Petr Cech.

Not enough attacking players

Antonio Conte had to drop Danny Drinkwater for Willian, who caused troubles for Arsenal’s shaky defense once he got on the pitch and he was able to help to score and cracking into their defense due to his talent and speed.

Alvaro Morata and Eden Hazard weren’t in their form today, and Antonio Conte didn’t have to risk playing them alone over a player who can help on the offensive side.

Over defending

Antonio Conte was over defending today, especially in the first half, where Antonio Conte had to take advantage and attack where Arsenal had defensice crises and wasn’t even able to attack properly with Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez not playing today.

Missing chances

Again tonight, Chelsea has paid the price for the missed chances by Alvaro Morata who was one of the best Premier League strikers when he arrived and it seemed he will be even fighting for the PFA award at some point, and since last week he wasn’t able to convince and score.

Eden Hazard, Victor Moses, Cesc Fabregas, and others weren’t in their day as well where there were a lot of random runs without accurate passing or creating real dangerous chances for each other, and it seemed as if the players didn’t play together before and they weren’t in their top form, for the second week against the same opponent.
